CAR SERVICE ALI LTD provides mobile app development, design, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
  • Timely feedback and approvals during the development process
  • Payment of fees as agreed in project contracts
  • Ensuring they have rights to any content, materials, or intellectual property provided to us

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the developed application and associated code is transferred to the client, subject to any third-party licenses or open-source components used. We retain the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require an initial deposit, with milestone payments throughout development and final payment upon completion. Late payments may result in project suspension.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided. Delays caused by client-side factors (delayed feedback, scope changes, etc.) may extend project timelines. We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.

7. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are included in project scope as specified in agreements. Significant changes or additions may incur additional fees and extend timelines. All change requests should be submitted in writing.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes related to our development work, typically 30-90 days post-launch as specified in project agreements. Support beyond the warranty period may be subject to additional fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAR SERVICE ALI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project.

10. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
